I came across this pop up camper remodel and had to share the inspiration. Chris and Haley were gifted this adorable little popup in March of 2020, and they decided to renovate…let me just tell you… it’s beautiful.

One of the first things they did was clean, seal, and repaint their 1995 Coleman Utah popup camper. Although they faced a few obstacles at first, they didn’t let it hold them back.
One of the first issues they faced was when the camper store that sold them the sealer for the roof gave them outdated materials.
The very day after they resealed and painted the roof, it started to peel. So they had to strip it and start over. But doesn’t the after look amazing! They decided to name her Carole (yes, Baskins).
When they painted the outside (they used Behr exterior paint satin finish), they also decided to paint the inside.
When they painted, they cleaned it with mean green, sanded then added the color.
These are the before pictures of the inside. Below are all the after. They did such a great job on the camper.
Haley said there was rot on the inside, so they rebuilt the cabinets from scratch. They also made new wood countertops, which look amazing against the white paint. They stained the wood a darker color.
She used shower curtains for the bunk end curtains (she shortened them) then hung them with a curtain rod. They used a piece of bamboo for the side curtains.
We absolutely adore the cast iron pine cone cabinet pulls. The black really pop off the cabinets, plus they are just adorable.
If you are looking for the pinecone pulls, I found them on Etsy and if they are still available, you can find them here. I also found some cast iron tree cabinet pulls that you can get here.
She used antique items all throughout for her decor: an antique quilt, pillows, chip cans, and Boy Scout books.
I know that you agree with us after seeing her pictures that they really did do a great job! We love it and think you should add it to your list for popup camper inspiration.
